  	20230316GHLn- Victor Fosmer 15 Mar 2023 · FB/Shinglehouse This is my Great Uncle Howard Fosmer sitting on the steps of the Tyler residence in Clara, with Rita Tyler. At one time the Tyler house and farm were the nicest around. (I will save that story for later) It is gone now, but was the home of Bob Pratt and family for many years. Does anyone remember when Howard Fosmer ran the store in Millport? Most people would remember it as Costello’s Store. He ran it before them. Always drove a Cadillac that I remember. And traveled with it back and forth to Florida for the winter. He lived in the Fosmer family home that I own now. Can anyone else’s tell us more about him? See less - with Tom Calhoun. We now have our bathroom vanity built from the timbers when Bob Pratt had it demolished! When they sold the farm they moved to Florida and ran a small store in Perrine Fl. After that, they ran a Rotary Station in Athens Pennsylvania before coming back to Clara, to live in your house in the late fifties and that's when he ran the store in Millport. Reply9h Tom Calhoun As for the Cadillacs, he had a green 55 Plymouth Savoy four door, Then a Blue with white top 57 Cadillac two door and then a black 61 or 62 Cadillac four door which was his last car.
