The Coudersport Rotary Club elected officers at its regular weekly meeting Monday noon. Milton O. Braun, principal of Coudersport High School, will serve as president for one year beginning July 1. Other officers elected are: - Vice president, Wrayburn B. Hall. - Secretary, Carleton A. Roberts. - Treasurer, J. Paul McConeghy. Directors: - Dr. Chester W. Todd and - Peter L. Farmelo. The local club will be 27 years old April 30. Senator Opposed To Firearms Registration Pending firearms registration legislation in Harrisburg will have the opposition of Sen. James S. Berger. The Coudersport legislator expressed his opposition to legislation of that type in a letter to Louis W. Stevenson, Welhboro columnist. Here's Mr. Berger's letter, dated March 10: Dear Louis: I have your letter of March 2 concerning various firearms bills and others.
