Smemoe. !DEATH: Letter from John Austin, Queensbury, NY, dated April 8, 1989 to chis cousin Charlotte D. Russell of Northville, NY, which contains a history of the Barker familiy. CENSUS: Listed at Edinburg, NY in 1810, 1830. RELIGION: His home was one of the early meeting places for the Methodist Church organized at Beechers Hollow (Edinburg) abt 1815. NOTES: He was town clerk of Edinburg 1830-31. He resided in chautauqua County by 1844, perhaps at Sherman.
