Genny Tilton ....funny story, when the power goes out on the Moore nutrition side of the street, I always have power. Same with the courthouse. They will be out but I'm still on. It's so weird.

Genny Tilton different phases of electric come from the opposite direction source. One side of the street could be on a different phase. Or even different buildings. It’s not one continuous circuit.

That is correct. The substation located near the elementary school, serving the grid shown (roughly) in yellow, is going down for upgrading and maintenance.
