Dr. Gene E. Rexford
Gene Erwin Rexford, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth H. Rexford of Coudersport, received the degree of Doctor of Education in educational administration at Pennsylvania State University on Sept. 5.
Dr. Rexford is assistant superintendent of Bald Eagle Area Schools. A 1958 graduate of Coudersport High School, he received his B.S. degree from Lock Haven State College in 1962 and M. Ed. from Penn State in 1963.
Dr. Rexford's thesis was entitled The Relationship Between Pupil Control Ideology and Observed Verbal Behavior of Selected Secondary Teachers.
Dr. and Mrs. Rexford are residents of State College and are parents of a two-year-old son..
