With Bigamy
Justice Keating today issued a warrant for the arrest of Spencer Burrows, of Roulette, Pa., who, according to Bradley Coon of the same place, was married in Olean on August llth to Georgiana Coon, the 14 year old daughter of the complainant. The latter claims that Burrows was married to Lottie Frank Housler in Portville on August 19th, 1907 and that his first wife is still living.
An effort will be made by the local police today to bring Burrows to Olean, where he will have to face a charge of bigamy. The man's second marriage ceremony, according to the complaint, was performed by Justice of the Peace John G. Duke of the same place.
