Mother Of Ten Children Dies at 58 I Following Brief Illness
Mrs. Antoinette Yannie, 58. of Coudersport RD (Ladona) died Thursday afternoon Aug. 15, 19b3 at the Potter County Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
Mrs. Yannie was born Dec. 11, 104 , at Johnsonburg, Pa., the daughter of James and Florence Magnellia Naples. She was the widow of Joseph Yannie, who died Abril 15, 1958. The family moved here from Wellsville, N. Y., 29 years ago.
Surviving are four sons,
John Yannie, Falconer, N. Y.;
Alexander Yfennie,
Lawrence Yannie and
Paul Yannie, all of Kennedy, N. Y.;
six daughters,
Mrs. Tony Camp, Hornell, N. Y.;
Mrs. Carl Mitchell Jr.,
Mrs. Cayton White,
Mrs. Paul Corey and
Mrs. Robert Long, all of Coudersport; and
Mrs. Lyle Shaver, Williamsport, Pa.;
27 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She also leaves her mother, Mrs. Florence Naples, Bradford, Pa.;
five brothers,
Marvin Naples and Joseph Naples, both of Cleveland, Ohio;
John Naples, Warren, Ohio; and
Carmen Naples, Portsmouth, Ohio;
and three sisters,
Mrs. Angelica Camarca of Bradford;
Mrs. Theresa Champlin, Limestone, N. Yi and
Mrs. Anna Boland, Buffalo, N. Y.
Friends were received at the Grabe Funeral Home where the Rosary was recited Sunday night at 8K)0 o'clock. A prayer service was held Monday morning at 8:30 at the funeral home, followed by a Requiem High Mass in St. Eulalias Church at 9:00, the Rev. Robert Griffin, pastor, officiating. Burial followed in St. Eulalias Cemetery.
