The girls are looking into this for you - they did find the death recorded at the Potter Co. Courthouse but no place of interment was listed.

I am looking for any relatives of Ira and Addie Allen. They passed in the early 1920's. I know they are buried in the cemetary there.

Looking for obit for Mary Bernard, died June 18, 1903 in Galeton. Also looking for grave site. A cousin who has passed away left notes indicating Mary was buried at Galeton cemetery at Elwood Ave to Woodlawn Ave according to Cemetery Records at Coudersport Historical Society. Name could have been misspelled as Barnard? Appreciate any help. My grandfather Joseph Bernard lived in Galeton in 1900-1918 and was Treasurer of Potter County. Thank you. David Bernard.

Great surprise. I was checking out Potter County historical site looking for my ggrandmother Mary Bernard. Joseph Bernard my grandfather was married to Clara Yahn, the sister of Mildred Yahn, who married Daniel McCaigue, Danny McCaigue's grandfather. Danny McCaigue's father Lav was my fathers cousin. Small world.

Great to see this picture. Danny, Louise and their mother were our neighbors on Cartee St. When Danny returned to Coudersport, he did a terrific job of renovating their old house.
