Jessie Baker Dead.
Jessie, the 12-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Oewn Baker, who reside on the wolford farm in Open Brook, died on Tuesday. The boy underwent an operation for appendicitis on Friday, but the case had reached a serious stage before the operation and but little hope was had of his recovery. The funeral was held at the Grimes church at two o'clock today.
