Miss Celia Gillon was a traverse juror in 1922 in Coudersport. Anna, presumably Anabelle, Celia's, was her younger sister. They were born 1869 and 1871, respectively, among 8 children of Mark and Mary McHale Gillon of Coudersport. So photo is probably ca 1886, assuming Celia was about 17 here.
