NOTICE IN DIVORCE
Matilda A. Taylor
vs.
Jones Taylor
No. 106, March Term, 1916
We command you, Jones Taylor, that setting aside all other business and excuses whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person, before the judge at Coudersport at the Court of Common Pleas, there to be held for the county of Potter on Monday, June 12th, 1916 to answer the petition of libel of Matilda A. Taylor and to show cause if any you have, why the said Matilda Taylor, your wife should not be divorced from the bonds of matrimony agreeably to the acts of assembly in said cases made and provided. Herein fail not.
