WILL BE FAST GAME Germania's Fast German Team And Colts Will Meet
Real basketball of the sort basket ball fans like is assured for Friday evening, February 2nd, when the fast Germania team and Colts meet" for their big annual game at the Community Hall.
Manager Braun of the fast German quintet says his team is a bit better than ever this year and playing the same clean brand of basket ball which goes to make the game a real pleasure for the spectators.
The Colts are being gradually whiped into great playing condition and some fast team work is being developed and the prospects are good lor a bit better team than last year The game will be right royally contested from start to finish.
Colts' Defeated at Eldred
The local basket ball team met defeat in their game with Eldred last Thursday evening by a score of 57 to 23. The Eldred team is by far the fastest team in either Potter or Tio counties and the boys deserve great deal of credit for the excellent showing they made against this combination that plays such teams as the Blackrocks, of Buffalo; Kodak team of Rochester; the Bachelors of Olean and all of the Central League teams which are the fastest in the east.
