and being part of the three hundred acres of land formerly owned by Rufus Scott, Jr., bounded as follows: beginning at the N.E corner of William Spark's lot thence running E. on the York state line 40 rods to a stake; thence, running b. 160 rods to a stake; thence W., parallel with York State line 40 rods; thence N. 160 rods to the place of beginning.
Containing 40 acres of land.
To be sold as the property of Hercules J. Mills.
