I LOVVVE this! I remember calling my grammie Hammond all the time when I was very llittle. I would pick up the receiver and the operator Izzy would already know who I was and would connect me. Also, if I were at Grammie's house, I would pick up the receiver and say, "5-2-8, please'. That connected me to my parents. Our number was 528. Later it was 8025. Later yet, when area codes came about, it was 814-274-8025. Fun fun fun!

I think, comparing the two photos, that the woman 3rd from back is Ava Grover. 2nd from right, Sadie Moran, and 4th from right, Katherine Grabe. I think. Irene and Ava seem to favor dark clothing.
