Morning, John. I don't know how the connection works. The Bartoo family lived and some still live in the Bingham area. Mrs. Hamilton, who was a Bartoo, told me that they were related to the Williams and gave me that info that I gave you. I just never investigated.
I guess if you feel it is worth the search, it could be very interesting.
I will check with the Lampman family and find out who Frank Lampman's wife was. Yes, that was his name. Frank Lampman. Maybe that will give you a hook. I do know that he had a daughter named Maizie who would be about 75 now if she is still alive, and my grandmother, Mary Williams Morley, told me that Maizie Lampman's mother was related to the Williams family and that the girl we knew was named for either a grandmother or a great grandmother. That would tie in to Philemon.
When you have the time and want to fool around with it, I'd like to know what you find out.
To tell the truth, (and I guess it is quite apparent,) I managed to collect such a huge mass and "conglameration" of information and never managed to organize it. I thought for a long time that I would get it into the computer,, but just ran out of steam for that. That is why I want you to have anything that I can give you that you are interested in.
Thanks again for your visit. And for being patient with the "rabbit trails".
Congratulations on the new grandson and safe travels home.
Jeannette
