FIRST COUSINS, HILDA AND HERTHA

This circa 1918 photo was taken in Jersey Shore, PA at Hilda’s parent’s home.

Hilda Wilhelmina Schoendorfer Coates was born 05 Sep 1891 in Ulysses, PA to Anna Elizabeth Mosch and Frank Schoendorfer.
She married Francis Drew Coates 10 Jun 1913 in Jersey Shore.
Drew was born 25 Mar 1892 in Whitesville, NY to Chandler Drew Coates and Isabelle J. O’Connel.
Drew died 26 Nov 1949 in Herkimer, NY.
Hilda then married Lawrence Scott Grabe, son of Gustave Grabe and Emilie Breunle, on 10 Feb 1969 in Ormond Beach, FL.
He was born 07 Apr 1890 in Coudersport, PA. He died 01 Mar 1970 in Ormond Beach.
Hilda died 12 Apr 1974 in Ormond Beach.

Hertha Katherine Mosch was born 28 Dec 1887 in Germania, PA to Emil Ernest Mosch and Wilhelmina Hedwig Kortz.
She married Egbert Clark McElroy on 21 Sep 1916 in Coudersport.
Egbert was born 12 Jun 1888 in North Bingham, PA. to James Clinton McElroy and Angie Clark. Egbert died 13 Dec 1950 in Coudersport, PA.
Hertha died 28 Jun 1988 in Coudersport.

Hilda and Hertha are the granddaughters of Karl Herman and Caroline Scheider Mosch. Hilda is also the granddaugher of Ludwig Schoendorfer and Franziska Eliasova. Hertha is also the granddaughter of Jacob Kortz and Katherine Pflugfelder.
