MAY 2, 2019 - SALLY ANN (VON NIEDA) METZGER CELEBRATES HER 90TH BIRTHDAY

The celebration was held today (20190504), surrounded by family.

Sally’s daughter, Marty says: “Happy 90th birthday to my mother, Sally Metzger! She broke her leg in January, but got her freedom back last week! You will see her around town driving once again!
We will be celebrating on Saturday when all the family arrives! Happy birthday Mom!”

Sally is the daughter of Harold Bartram Von Nieda and Pauline Clark.
She married Edwin Stanley “Stub” Metzger 28 Feb 1948 in Coudersport, PA.
Edwin is the son of Olive Caroline Mosch and George Stanley Metzger.
Stub died 11 Oct 1989.

Did you know that Sally’s mother had a connection to the Frinks Station Farm before Emil Mosch and Wilhelmina Kortz owned it? Emil and Wilhelmina purchased the Eulalia township farm from William F Frink. William F Frink was the son of Isaac Frink and Isaac Frink was the 2nd great grandfather of Sally Von Nieda Metzger.
