Today would have been my mother’s 100th Birthday. Jane Elizabeth McElroy Gamble Gardner was born October 8, 1917 in Jersey Shore, PA to Egbert McElroy and Hertha Mosch. She died October 14, 2011 in Coudersport, PA.

Shown in this photo is her maternal grandmother, Wilhelmina Kortz Mosch. Jane was the great granddaughter of Karl Herman Mosch and Caroline Scheider, Jacob Kortz and Katherine Pflugfelder.
