john wetzel- Article here and death certificate have incident/death occurring 19 April, not 29th, in Lewisville, not Coudersport, although the place is not clear from the article; it is, on the death certificate. :O)

AGED WOMAN DIES IN HER BURNING HOME
The fire company was summoned to the home of Mrs. Anna Hovey on South Main Street, Monday afternoon, April 19, where the house was rapidly being consumed by flames. Blair Lambert discovered smoke coming from the roof and as the door was locked a window was broken out and Mrs. Hovey was found burned to death. It is not known how the accident occurred as she lived alone and was subject to heart attacks.
Mrs. Hovey was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Jake Snyder, late of Sweden Hill, but lived many years with her grandparents, Mr and Mrs Alanson Bert in Ulysses Township. She was united in marriage to Edward Hovey, a blacksmith in this borough for many years. Since his death she has resided alone. She had no near relatives. The body was moved to the Kear Funeral Home but no arrangements for the burial have been made at this time.
The south wing of the house was nearly destroyed, but the remainder of the house remained intact.
