Chrystal Wedding.
Mr. and Mrs. Silas Shay celebrated their chrystal wedding anniversary at their pleasant home In Sweden on the afternoon of July 3rd.
The day was fine and about a hundred invited guests assembled to greet and congratulate the worthy couple. At 5 o'clock refreshments were served and every seasonable delicacy that could tempt the palate of the moot fastidious was there in abundance. 'Midst the delightful music and pleasant Converse the hours flew by all too rapidly and the company were obliged to disperse to their several homes, wishing that Mr. and Mrs. Shay may live to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary and leaving behind them many beautiful gifts in testimony of the high esteem In which their entertainers are held.
