Frank Jacob Mosch was a man of many skills: landscaper, farmer, cabinet maker and carpenter. Frank built a few homes in Coudersport, after giving up farming at Frinks Station in 1921.
This is one of the homes he built on the eastern end of Oak Street as a retirement home for his parents, Wilhelmina Kortz and Emil Mosch.
Frank and his wives Margery Farley and then Naomi McLatchie lived in this home after his parents' death.
