Martha Knight
Martha Knight Marcia and I were pals at the Wrights School, and later at "town schools." Gay and I were good friends in junior high and PAHS. She rode her three-gaited American Saddlebred horse, Li'l Fella, at Valley Hunt (a horse club at Lewis Run) and regional horse shows and a national one at Madison Square Garden. I doubt it was "luck," though-- it took a lot of practice to be such a good equestrienne.

Martha Knight Marcia was a very able reporter, in her turn, following Burtville and Roulette area doings and furnishing photos, some of which have been used in this group-- some historical material about the Roulette drive-in, the school system, Don Hoak, etc. She was an accomplished woman, active in the community, with a large circle of friends and many interests.
