Hitchcock, sixty-eight years old, of the Two Mile, Allegany, died this morning at eight-fifteen o'clock at his home. He was born September 26, 1857, and for the last forty years was a resident of the Two Mile. He was a member of the First Evangelical church of Olean. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Clara Rounds Hitchcock, three sons, Warren and Guy of the Two Mile; Leo Hitchcock of Olean: two daughters, Mrs. Ernest Hamilton of Allegany and Mrs. Clara Wright of Olean; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer Hall, and Mrs. Joseph Dempskey of Olean; one brother, Flaviel Hitchcock of Olean and twelve grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at two o'clock at the home. The Rev. R. M. Bunts of the Evangelical church will officiate. Burial will be in Allegany.
