Harland P. Hamilton
Harland P. Hamilton, 82, of Ulysses RD, died Thursday (June 12, 1975) in Cole Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
Born Jan. 4, 1893, in Bingham Township, Potter County, he was a son of Martin and Sylvia Tarbox Hamilton.
On July 3, 1917, in Harrison Valley, he was married to the former Laura Bartoo, who survives.
Mr. Hamilton was a member of the Ulysses Free Methodist Church and Ulysses Grange. He was a retired farmer. Besides his wife, surviving are
two sons,
- Henry J. Hamilton and
- Clair Hamilton, both of Ulysses RD1 ;
14 grandchildren ; and
10 great grandchildren.
Friends were received at the Koch Funeral Home, Ulysses, where a funeral service was held Sunday with the Rev. Leslie Thomas, pastor of Ulysses Free Methodist Church, officiating.
- Interment was in Ulysses Cemetery.
