Wiedrich, widow of the late Duane Wiedrich, passed away Saturday morning, July 9. 1960 at her home on Wiedrick Road, following a long period of ill health. Mrs. Wiedrich, a daughter of Geo. and Elizabeth Hicks; was born on August 11, 1874 in the town Ontario. N. Y. in a home on the Ridge Road near Lincoln Road. Nine years later she moved with her parents to the home in this community where she has since resided. She was graduated from Macedon Academy, class of '92 and taught in the Forest Academy district school near her home. She was married in her parents home to Duane Wiedrich of Macedon on November 14, 1894..... Mrs. Wiedrich is survived by a son Leon and his wife Jessie, who reside in the family home and several cousins. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Payne Funeral Home by Rev. Frieda M. Ehrlich. Interment was in Macedon Center Cemetery. Family Members Parents George Hicks 1842-1925 Elizabeth S. Hicks 1850-1909 Spouse Duane E. Wiedrich 1871-1955 Children Leon J.
