He was born on October 24, 1966 in Coudersport, PA and the son of the late Stephen E. Dynda and Patricia A. Mosch. Jeffrey is a graduate of Coudersport Jr./Sr. High School class of 1984. He was a diehard Ravens fan. He is survived by his loving companion, Linda Hewitt; - one daughter Amanda Shenberger; two sisters, - Lori Andruchowsky and - Nancy Gullar.
