Picture c. 1898. Rufus was a son of Isaac Baker, Jr. and Polly Amy Luce Baker of Coudersport. Bessie was a daughter of Joseph and Flora Fosmer Kissel of Sterling Run. Rufus and Bessie were married at her father's home May 4, 1898.
