The following were notes by Otto Mosch (Emma’s brother) June 1936: “My sister Emma was married to Irving E. Gressel of Germania, Pa. On July 3rd, 1918 at the home of Otto C. Mosch in Galeton, Pa. By Rev. Carl W. Hayes/ Irving E. Gressel was born at the family home where Emma and Irving now live at Yocum Hill in Abbott Township, Potter County. The witnesses at the marriage were - Floyd Ressel and - Ethel Gnau. They have one daughter born on Mar. 9th, 1921. Dorothy was baptized by Rev. R. Vieweg of Elmira, N.Y. and guest pastor of the Lutheran Church in Germania, Pa. On Aug. 14th, 1921. Sponsors were - Otto C. Mosch and Carrie Krause. Irving E. Gressel was born Feb. 17th, 1893. His mother still lives at the age of 80 and is making her home with Irving and Emma.
